UK & Ireland Youth Challenge Cup
The UK & Ireland Youth Challenge Cup is a collaboration between two respected sports tour travel companies, Touring Sport Limited, based in the UK and Activities Ireland, based in Dublin.
Our tournaments are aimed at the promotion of youth golf and are held twice a year, during April in the UK and in Ireland during October.
For 2021 the location is the prestigious K Club and the Palmerstown House Golf Club, Ireland, whilst Wales plays host to our event UK in 2022, set in beautiful Welsh countryside on the National Course, at the Vale Resort.
We are offering the opportunity for aspiring young golfers to participate in one of both of our events at these great locations. Our aim is to provide young golfers with the experience of international competition, in great surroundings, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
In time with the return to International travel, the UK & Ireland Youth Challenge Cup will attract golfers from the UK, Ireland, USA and across Europe.
Age Categories
Age at tournament date*
- Category 1: 14 Years of Age
- Category 2: 15 & 16 Years of Age
- Category 3: 17 & 18 Years of Age
- Category 4: 19 to 23 Years of Age
Tournament Entry
Our tournaments are open to all golfers from 14 years of age through to 23 Years of Age.
Our format provides the opportunity for young golfers of both genders to compete against each other in direct competition as individuals and as part of a team.
All golfers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their stay.
No rooms will be available to solely under 18’s. All bookings including the golf tournament entry, Hotel, travel to be made through Touring Sport Limited
Touring Sport Limited reserves the right to amend tournament schedules. T&C are available from us.

The UK & Ireland Youth Challenge Cup is held annually in both the UK and Ireland over 5 days, with the golf tournament played on three days.
