We collect the information you provide to us through submitting an enquiry form, contacting us by email, telephone, requesting a brochure, subscribing to our newsletter, webchat, or through the contact details you have provided to us.
When we share your data
If you have booked to travel with us, Touring Sport Limited may request and share certain information where we are legally required to do so or in the interest of your health and safety whilst travelling. For example; passport information may be shared with travel providers such are airlines, where information is required by immigration authorities.
Touring Sport does not share any contact or personal information or sell data it holds for commercial purposes.
In respect of Children travelling under the age of 18 we may also require the information as stated above, however no contact details will be requested or held for Children under this age. All correspondence relating to the travel of Children will be forwarded to their parents or to their legal guardians. Once you have travelled with us all personal travel documentation unless required to keep by law will be deleted from our systems. Your contact details may be kept for further correspondence in the future.

You have many rights regarding your personal data. These include seeing what data we hold and updating your information, along with having the “right to be forgotten” Please contact us if you would like your details removed completely.
